Learn bushcraft and wilderness skills in the beautiful area of SE Oklahoma with views of the Kiamichi Mountains and courses right along the Kiamichi River.

Weekend Wilderness Skills Courses

• Before you leave home, steps to take for your safety in the woods or trails

• Knife safety and basic use

• Water procurement & treatment

• Fire: you will learn at least three methods to make fire, including bow drill

• Tarp shelter configurations

• Basic land navigation

• Will include one overnight stay

These workshops will be skill specific and are great for all ages and skill levels.

We also offer free short presentations for schools and 4H clubs.
